Metal and gangster rap
>HUSTLE BONES COMING OUT MY MOUTH
Trap
My gym usually has the same radio station on every day. It's shit tier top 40 pop music and sometimes I'll hear the same song twice during my 1.5 hour workout. I have to rest when the radio host talks because sometimes he makes dumb jokes and I'll laugh and fail a rep because of it
GY!BE crescendos on deadlift day

50 Cent - ready for war
Music that reminds us of the betrayal of (((Christianity)))
Weeb music. Nothing gets me going more than anime OPs.
Usually start by putting on leftfield's leftism album. Track 3 builds and I start to up the warm up. Once I get to main workout, U2 followed by techno. There's a playlist on Spotify called techno bunker which is usually pretty good. Warm down with LTJ Bukem or something similar.

If you listen to 80's dance you'll ascend to another dimension of existence.
Kpop girls. Especially twice.
None cause I swim. In current year, swimming is the only activity that forces you to do without electronic gadgets.
Been listening to lots of 80-2000's music, of all genres, recently. Any recommendation for dance
not gonna lie, I get pumped with Slipknot like I'm 16 again.
I remember the day Ooh-Ah came out, I watched the MV no less than 15 times, I was all about them. Now, Yes or Yes is the best in a while but it's still not fantastic. I've kinda fallen off them. Which is sad, because there aren't any real replacements for them. Before, I was into AoA, but they died off. Anyway, Jeongyeon is queen, Momo can do no wrong, Jihyo has won me over. The rest are tiers below, especially Tzuyu.
Xxxtentacion angry music and tekashi69, nothing gives me more adrenaline than raging people screaming to the mic

Gym plays whatever often shitty music pretty loud. Ads after every other song. You can choose songs to play but I don't go near that.
I like listening to fantasy, anime soundtracks, epic composition type things. But often these have subtle or quiet interludes amongst build-ups. The fucking gym music comes blaring through way too loud so I can't listen to this type of music. Usually i just give up on it and fin I've zoned out of listening to the gym's music which is good practice for mindfulness I guess. Might try downloading some more metal and stuff and just blast that but I get self-conscious about playing anything loud anyway.
>Gojira

It's the soundtrack of being white trash from NH. I know from experience.
>Listening to music while lifting
I guess you don't wanna make gains. Music is yet another distraction, another thing to depend on, your gains already depend on lifting while do you make it so your training session depend on music? You are just being distracted. Dont listen to music while lifting and focus. But I guess this is what happens when you are not home gym masterrace, you cant not listen to music.
90s eurodance and italo disco
videogame soundtracks, currently listening to the street fightee 3rd strike ost
