It's terrible going for a run with people who can't challenge or match your pace. I can keep a 7min/mile pace and slowing to 9-10 for friends doesn't even feel like exercise.

I run more than that each day. Picking up running was the best thing that has ever happened to me. Used to play soccer but was horribly out of shape. Now I run 100k a week and have finished a few ultras.

Are we pretending like women care about upper body strength now? I've seen plenty of strong women that can squat 2+ pl8s for reps and diddy 3pl8s, but I simply haven't seen any do pullups except a few.

When they do pullups IF ever they'll use the assisted machine. I'd love to know where the hell you go to the gym if women are regularly doing unassisted pullups in their routine. I've been going for 4 years and have never seen it common.
