Currently doing a Upper/Lower split with cardio. Been lifting about a year but still look like a bitch. If I eat more I get more fat, if I lift more I feel like I’m overtraining. Wat do? Need to make gainz, my Latina gf won’t put up with a low test fatty white boy.

Fast for a week or do HIIT to burn some bodyfat% then bulk with cleaner leaner foods. Diet is 1 of the main parts of fitness for a reason.

I might be willing to do it because I roller coaster currently. I eat clean currently but have a tendency to over do it with the drinking.

Eat below your TDEE by 500 and continue to lift. Don’t drink for a month and you’ll have your abs back buddeh.
