No, vitamin D3 really works fucking well for me. My mood is a lot better and more stable, i have more energy and feel dont like shit after waking up.

Any retard who claims vitamin supplements are a meme has never went through vitamin deficiency which the best treatment is a fucking vitamin supplement and not food.

Multi vitamin supplements are not very worth it, high dosed single vitamins are very good and worth the money though.
You can take like vitamin D3 or K2 doses that are just astronomically high, much higher than that found in any food I'm talking like 200x the RDA in a single fucking pill, and only take each like once a month or once a week and you will be fine and mega dosed on vitamins that are hard to come by in the modern day from commercial food.

Started with 20.000 UI for a week (till my mood got better) and now im at 5.000UI a day to keep this level. You should also add Vitamin k2 @ 200ug a day otherwise in a very theoretical situation the vitamin D3 could store calcium in your joints (not good).

What? The body produces vitamin D3 naturally when the sun is shining. If you live in a shitty location tho where there is not enough sunlight durin the fall/winter season your body wont produce enough. Thats the reason why many people end up with low energy, a shitty mood during winter.

Durin a really sunny day your body produces up to 20.000UI of vitamin d3 naturally. This should be the upper dosage to take even tho 10.000UI/5.000UI will be enough to get the same effects.

What are you actually asking? Some things need to be supplemented because our lifestyles often don't give us enough. Vitamin D, Zinc, and Omega 3 are the most common of them, and combining vitamin supplements often makes them compete for absorption.

I take zinc, magnesium, D3, C, B complex, Fish oil, 5HTP and a multivitamin. Then calcium, iron, B12, collagen every week or so. It literally cures depression and chronic lack of energy, poor sleep etc. there's no minerals in the soil or the food so you have to assume you need at least half from supplements, I feel so much better than I did before I took anything.
