The only people who ever tell me to change my diet (do keto! water fast!) despite my having lost over 110lbs and keeping it off have almost always been fatter than me.

Dinner for most people is the one they can spend the most time on. Most people are out the door within an hour of waking up.
Lunch is usually spent at work or school.
Dinner you usually have from ~5pm-6pm when you get home until whenever you go to bed. Much more time to make a nice, full, varied meal.

I usually eat 2 or 3 meals a day though, because the evidence I've seen indicates that IF is inferior to standard calorie restriction due to poorer adherence rates.

I had this happen in Ukraine. This fat slut who was an amazing Russian teacher told me that not eating breakfast or lunch isn't good for my stomach. I was still coming off some serious noob gains though (175->200->190) and so I was pretty high test and you know how it gets in those situations it's like the skinny popular Regina George types didn't like me before but the fatties were always there and now are more than ever you know that feel when they'll never abandon you so I bent her over the cheap ass Ukrainian table and it nearly broke under her weight because this was shortly after the sanctions so they were really scrounging for funds and I stuck my dick in her booty but it didn't reach

IF n00b here, when doing it, are you also supposed to get all your protein macros within that time window or can you just get protein shakes every few hours?

Also, I work a physical intensive job, would I feel lethargic if I did IF?
