Because it`s a powder.

IGF-1. And I'm not a facelet so I'm not in a huge rush to get swole. My body's pretty solid as it is, probably in the 95th percentile.

>brought to you by the whey protein manufacturers of america

Never going to make it...

you look like shit, mate

He's probably been lifting for one or two years since you gain like 3-5 lbs of muscle mass in your first year of training.

It's true though. More recent studies have suggested higher protein intake in trained individuals, 2.2g/lb or higher

>2.2g/lb bw

i hope you mean 2.2g/kg bw

Eh, it turns out that I'm trying to attract women, not you. Women prefer a lean muscular body type and not the high BF bodybuilder type. There's really no evolutionary benefit to squatting 600lbs and shoveling potatoes and milk into your face. Most attractiveness is about body composition and other fine aesthetic signs of health anyway.

Can someone tell me what in the fuck is going on here, this can’t be real

>cope

>95th precentile
You look like absolute crap m8

95th percentile
manlet
pick one

correlation does not equal causation. More likely you increased your calorie intake, got better sleep, and or your body just finally broke past the plateau. Body changes aren't linear

I prefer to stay natty thanks.

I'm 6'1" but feel free to flesh that out if you like
