Haven't isolated them for a long time, they outshadow my natty delts anyway. Aren't OHP, different bench presse, dips enough if I don't care about the size of tris? Or I'm slowing down my progress in said lifts by ignoring them?

do you do a Chest-tri day or are you doing the narrow grip bench on like an arm day type thing?

I have a chest-tri day on monday, where i do either bench or narrow-grip bench for 5x3 and then finish off with 45lb weighted dips 5x5.

For isolations only tricep extensions or tricep pushdowns

If you bench, press, dip you already work your triceps. One isolation exercise is more than enough.

I like DB extentions from the floor, even if they make me look retarded.
Heavy Skullcrusher for 5x5 is good to just fucks your elbows up.
I would say dips are the best tricept exersize when done heavy, close grip bench, both 5x5

I just prefer the movement pattern I guess.
Doing it from the floor puts more stress on the muscle breaking the DB off the floor because of inertia.
