no caffeine after 12pm. go to bed early. blue light filters on all screens.

-strict sleep schedule (always the same hours)
-no big meals before sleep
-no caffeine 3 hours before sleep
-only use your bed to sleep in
-limit the use of lights / screens an hour before bed
-prepare everything so you can start right away with a specific goal when you wake up (for example I prepare my deadlift barbell the night before so I can start straight away)
-pump some good shit through my headphones to get me jacked
-check phone for a message of my oneitis, nothing gets me hard then seeing 'good morning, did you sleep well?'

why are two different eye colours so fucking hot...

fotoshopped eyes, and not just the color

I guess that why they call getting out of bed a deadlift

you might be onto something here

Get one of these sunrise alarm clocks. It helps a lot.

imagine having nice aryan eyes but only on one of them while the other is crap colored lmao, justed

By going to bed early. Whos the girl

stupid bitch with her different colored eyes never worked out a day in her life never worked for nothing a day in her life with her fucking perfectly decorated interior design bullshit apartment fuck outta here with this garbage

she actually looks cuter if you cover her blue eye with your finger

I've got an app called "Alarmy" where I set it so I have to take a certain photo of my downstairs before it shuts up in the morning.

Don't drink caffeine to close to bed and also aim for at least 5 hours sleep.

The amount of people who think they can be fit on 4 hours of sleep and just drink multiple monsters per day is incredible.

>me in the back left

I rarely eat sugar. And because of that directly, I started to sleep about 6 hours a night and feel fantastic. It's been a few years now and I never feel tired.

There both shitcolored, she wears a contact

>regularly receive/send good morning messages to a girl that isn't your gf
Why?

the sheer willpower and cosmic energy knowing theres a version of me in an alternate universe that is waking up with a model while i slave away rotting .

It's my grandma checking on me

He's pathetic.

My man. Someone from here recommended that app to me and it changed my life. No longer late to school/work like I always was before.

I can only sleep between 5 and 6 hours on a normal day.
Will only sleep longer if I workout or do something unbelievably strenuous for multiple hours. Like a 4 hour hard workout after making ends that day.

One thing going full monkmode, cutting out caffeine excess sugar and dropping the weight and everything else to boost test and vitality did't prepare me for.

Not being able to sleep very long or needing much sleep at all.

Just habit. I drink caffeine until 4-5 PM and still wake up at 6 am most days. Weekends I wake up at 7:30-8.

I’m going to be working night shift, 3 twelve hour shifts a week. How do people manage it? Does night shift just fuck you over no matter what?

but she is my gf

I require a lot of sleep for some reason but I never allow myself to sleep past my 6:15 alarm. In a perfect world I’m out by 9:15 every night. I never see the reason to stay up late as it’s usually unproductive and degenerate

I started a new job lastmonth and finally started getting up at the same time every day. It's ridiculous how much that improved my sleep. Also, no snooze button.

>no snooze button

I can't get into this no matter how much I try

My body freaks out if I force it into waking up on the first alarm. I basically wake up worried that my alarm is going to go off imminently and that I can't miss it otherwise i'll be in all sorts of trouble.

In fact I have this trouble in general, waking up at around 4 am when I need to be up around 7, and I can't get back to sleep. What do?

I mix my prework out the night before and have it on my night stand. When my alarm goes off at 6:45, I pound the preworkout, look at some tits on the gram, and they normally gets me awake enough to get up and dressed by 7.

It's called coffee

>My body freaks out if I force it into waking up on the first alarm

Of course it would but only because it's not used to it.
Kind of like with lifiting, don't you think?

Yeah I get that, but its the constant waking up 3 hours before I need to and not being able to sleep after. I'd love to be able to do it, but my body doesn't want it

>-strict sleep schedule (always the same hours)
>-no big meals before sleep
>-no caffeine 3 hours before sleep
>-only use your bed to sleep in
>-limit the use of lights / screens an hour before bed

These ones at least. Also if all of the above don't fix things you might look into getting a sleep study done. You might have sleep apnea.

of course it doesn't. it got used to something else a long time ago. but it doesn't mean you can't change it.

>>-no caffeine 3 hours before sleep

a good start but the earlier you stop drinking acffeine drinks the better

I literally can’t sleep past 8am
Sucks to be you

>beautiful chocolate
>crap

Peasant taste detected.

Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.

the key is to immediately get up and do something. Even something as simple as taking a shower wakes me up immediately no matter how groggy I'm feeling.

I've also woken up one time and the first thought that popped into my head was "I could get up and be productive, or lay here and rot." I don't know about you, but since then I haven't slept in once.

thanks that was one of the best answers user
should i be able to only sleep 6 hours per night and still have a productive morning? i feel very low energy and sleepy until 10-11 am if i wake up at 6am.

vitamin D works wonders. i used to be tired after 8 hours of sleep, but know i get 6 and feel fucking incredible.

probably will try taking some, maybe it helps

I saw one for knock off for 15 euro today. Is it really good? I'm not gonna spend 100+ for a fucking alarm clock lmao

fap when u wake up

anyone know if sleeping twice a day (6hr at night and a 2hr nap in the afternoon) is as effective as sleeping once for 8 hours? That's my routine currently and it seems fine, but I don't know if there are any long term effects

does anyone know where i can find pictures of appartements like this? i have no idea what to google for when looking for something like this

That same model has been on sale for a lot less. Not sure how the knock offs compare but that alarm clock is great.
