Ask yourself, what would Arnold do?

bump and good night

Why not just do both? Calisthenics at an early level are hardly intense enough to wear you out on a rest day

Wtf I'm assburgers??

just incorporate it into a normal training program ezpz
its alright but for max gains you can't solely rely on it

Its not for getting huge, but it will give you better mobility and core strength than people who do strictly free-weight exercises.

Cope.

Calisthenics can work, but they will be a little slower.

There's plenty of variations to cover all the upper body and you can later use a weight vest.
The people who scorns at calistenics haven't done their research.
Also you can combine isometrics with calistenics for a more complete workout.
Hell, you can even buy some heavy dumbells after you stagnate with them.

A nice supplement to weight lifting. People will be more impressed by advanced calisthenics than heavy weights. Calisthenics also helps your lifts too by developing your stabilizers

Its all you ever need.
Who gives a shit about legs.

Literally every other advanced bw movement is cooler than the front lever you fucking virgin.

One month of cali every three months of lifting

not him but what is better? I've just thrown in trying to learn how to front lever just to spice things up in the gym as something fun to do.

Right now I'm still trying to get an L sit down for time as right now I feel like I'm tilted and not completely L.

you're right, planches are cooler.

human flag probably
i've also gotten a lot of "whoas" doing pullovers despite them being dumb simple

>Planches
>Handstand push-ups (easier, but normies see it as a god-tier feat)
>Hand balancing
>One arm pull/chin
>One handed pushup (for reps!)
>Any type of flip

How do I progress from tucked to straight front levers?
