Lifting to look like a chad isn't enough.

None. You either are Chad or you aren't.
Be your fucking self, not someone else.

Start your own podcast, that's what I did. What kind of cuck just listens to other people's stuff without making his own?
>Be your fucking self

Here's the chad redpill.
It's 100% a function of testosterone.
High test, even if youre dumb and awkward, you will be subconsciously propelled towards social situations, learn from them, and eventually become chad.
Low test, you will not be propelled towards girls or social situations, your fear and excuses will be stronger, you will never learn anything and remain virgin.
We have less free will than we think. Hormones make you do EVERYTHING. It can't be learned no matter how many tips you read. Just increase your test and you will subconsciously act more like a man. It's painfully fucking simple.

We will become our alpha selves.
Oof. That was worse than expected. Do not try to turn this into an actual podcast.
I'd still like to be the most charismatic and confident version of myself possible
Thanks, will check those out
Been looking into this lately. I've heard that the only true way to increase test is by injection. Is that true?
No its not true. Your body has a natural maximum test level but its definitely much higher than your current level, unless you've not ejaculated for 5 years.
It will come together in time brother
>ejaculation frequency is the sole factor in maximizing testosterone
Eat well and sleep well. That's not just eating enough and just sleeping enough, but eating all good foods only and getting 8 hours of deep sleep. That combined with lifting is the only way to get any substantial testosterone increase.
This and Freedomain Radio, JRE
This.

You're correct, but you're arguing against a strawman since I didn't actually claim that. I'm just saying you'll never reach your theoretical maximum without perfecting every aspect of test boosting, ie theres always room for improvement, and never a need for injections unless your parents and grandparents are seriously low test.

>don’t try to improve yourself or find inspiration in others, accept your flaws
Not sure if you’re Chad or a 400 pound feminist.
Hey friend, got an email address? I'd like to give you legitimate feedback, but this really isn't the right forum for this kind of thing.
hey man I appreciate it. I would tell ya on here but I would probably get spammed to hell lol. Legit feedback is always welcomed
That's fine, I just wanted to reach out with my podcast email address so that I could establish myself as something other than some user shitposter.
You don't really have much to go on from what you've posted, but one thing you want to be very wary of is the face you are putting on things. The audience doesn't really need to see how the sausage gets made, and so you really shouldn't be explaining something like the name change unless you have a really good story behind it.
Speaking of story telling, you probably want to angle yourself that way. Your delivery is casual, and that's perfectly fine, but the project needs to have a goal, and needs to have a meta narrative, otherwise why are people going to listen? I think you have one in mind actually, it just seems like you are hesitant to plant a flag and say "this is what my podcast is". It's an understandable human thing, because when you establish what it is, you also establish what it isn't, and that might turn people away. The reality though, is that if you don't have a draw, you won't have a group of people to turn away in the first place, because you won't generate any interest.
Also, don't read too much into anyone else's advice blindly. I know this advice is self defeating, but I know a lot of people with podcasts, and there's a big, bad habit of people overcorrecting in response to feedback. Sit down and action critically on feedback if and only if it makes sense.
I appreciate the feedback man. I am still trying to find out what this podcast is going to be. I have a whole lot of other things I want to improve within myself. So I kinda wanna tell stories and document what I do and what all becomes of everything. After I get myself to a certain degree of mastery, I would like to teach others how to be better themselves.
yw. Just have fun with it, and remember, the most important thing is to just stick with it. I look back at the first few episodes I did and cringe, but that's all a part of the journey. We improve and then look back on our old work and old selves and find ourselves wanting.

Bullshit! You can be Chad if you work to become Chad. Quit thinking like a defeated sad cunt mate!
It’s pretty true though. First and foremost: A garbage website like Jow Forums has no appeal to a natural Chad.
podcasts are overrated as fuck and it's the new trendy thing to do. Self improvement stems from creating healthy habits and repeating them over a long enough time frame to achieve top 1% results. If you're spam watching Ted talks, jocko videos and joe rogan clips, you're doing it wrong. You'll inevitably fall into a spiral of watching self improvement shit and never getting anywhere. Real change comes from taking massive action every single day. Start small and snowball it into life-long habits.
>t. speaking from experience
Post podcast.
Agreed. Most of Jow Forums seems to litsten to cringey Jow Forums related podcasts. I’ll stick with Comedy Bang Bang.
watching tons of self improvement stuff and not changing is just another form of escapism like playing WoW for 16+ hrs a day

This, you can but to most incels it looks impossible cause it's damn close to it.
Close to zero people on this website understand the true extent that hard work and consistency can go, nobody said it was easy.
You're not just changing your diet, you're attempting to change your life and control every variable that kept you from being 100% efficient at everything. Chads put in 25% and incels put in 40% but they haven't even tipped the scales to embrace what anything above 50 or 60 might feel like let alone 100.
It can be done, but don't expect big change without a war, keep winning your battles and they will add up if you are coordinated, consistent and efficient.
