I think there is no need to lift over 100kg on a squat.
Jackson Gutierrez
Don't sacrifice form for weight lmfao. I respect Ronnie for what he achieved but the fucking idiot always went way too heavy with way too sloppy form. He also lifted after his surgeries even when the doctor told him not too which expedited his crippling
Carter Peterson
It's almost like the human body may not be designed for decades of 20iu HGH daily and 4 grams gear a week, coupled with insane heavy lifting on a near daily basis.
Eli Thompson
>>> > Anonymous 11/12/18(Mon)12:14:45 No.48337018▶ >I think there is no need to lift over 100kg on a squat. >>> Seeing him use crutches to get through the door of the gym was really sad. I guess he needs the money and if he isn't muscular, nobody wants to know him
Ian Morgan
he gon be daid soon
David Walker
It wasn't the gear that crippled him though. Training beyond his limits I guess did and maybe indirectly the gear helped him do that.
Ethan Lopez
>So what's the lesson here? Don't lift heavy weights straight after surgery multiple times and don't become a painkiller addict
Jose Cruz
His last surgery went better, but his heart is probably in worse shape than his spine.
Angel Gonzalez
You think he was taking Oxy during his prime to work through the pain of his joints saying enough?
Alexander Harris
>Here is a video A lot of the supertanker class lifters do this exact thing, they say that half repping is better at those weights as you stay under tension longer and it's not worth the risk to lock out or use strict form. He knows form, his DL was on point at 800, so I'll buy that since I don't, y'know, T-row 540 or bench 400 dumbell either. This ain't powerlifting, there are no rules
>Errybody wanna be a bodybuilder, but ain nobody wanna lift no heavy-ass weight
Jordan Edwards
maybe, he was doing this around the time they were using nubain. i don't think he was though.
>stand listening to sean ray made it 15s listening to that fag. what's his take on it?
Wyatt Rodriguez
regardless of what ronnie did in his past what he does now if fucking him up. plenty have lifted heavy but they knew to back off as they got older.
after every surgery he goes back in the gym and lifts like he always did while under the influence of oxy. he's so high he is able to lift heavy enough to break the bolts in his back. they also talk about how he isn't acting himself on the painkillers.
Jack Brown
hunh. maybe I should lift on oxy
Jackson Sullivan
>>Errybody wanna be a bodybuilder, but ain nobody wanna lift no heavy-ass weight truer words were never spoken
While he was crazy with his weightlifting I have been following this for decades and Ronie Coleman as far as I know has always been a perfect gentleman and as a person loved by all. Even when he was making about a million dollars a year he still worked as a beat cop because that's who he was

>I think there is no need to lift over 100kg on a squat. I agree with this. Walking around town in the condition where you could bust out 100kg atg reps on a whim will give you legit legs and make you a stronger person than 99.9% of all men who ever lived.
Getting to where you can rep 3plate is for football players and assorted morons. Getting to where you can rep 4plate or more is just in general not the best idea
Form isnt what destroyed his body. It was the drugs and lifting beyond the limits of humanity,
Dominic Ramirez
I'm not an anti roider but the gear is a big part of it. Do you think he would have been able to deadlift 800+ pounds, squat 600+ pounds, leg press 2000+ pounds, and everything else with fuck tons of weight usually all of these twice a week if he hadn't been taking a shitload of gear?
A natural guy or someone on less gear can hit each body part more than once a week but not with such a ridiculous amount weights. Also, him walking around weighing over 300 pounds and not even being 6 feet tall didn't help.
I squat 125kg and I am fat, what's the point of posting a photo?
I think the second part of statement is more true, lifting beyond your limits. Coleman was a gifted genetic freak and plenty of average Jow Forumsizens are at danger of doing the same damage at half the weight or less. Steroids help your muscles repair quicker, letting you get quicker to a joint failure you can get to without the gear, just takes longer.
Jackson Butler
It's just so funny to me looking back at muscle magazines that people have been posting "arnie's routine" or ronnies or jays like every month for 40+ years.
What relevance does that have to anyone, ronny is on grams and grams of test a month, injecting insulin, lifts weights for a living and doing god knows what other drugs with the oversight of an endocrinologist just to see how retarded big he can get as a perverted experiment.
Some faggot in suburbia, what is he doing to do with that info 'oh yeah on Thursday Ronnie does back let me write that down' ok
Literally martin st louis So i can laugh at you being content with a sub3pl8 squat
Jaxon Johnson
most of those guys only lift heavy for the cameras
Wyatt Ward
So when I said nobody needs to squat more than 100kg, you can still build great quads on 100kg by adding volume. If the weights themselves are your goal, then you will end up in a wheel chair, which I am more than happy for you to do if you so desire... GOMAD with your almonds all activated and whatever.
Dude at my gym has legs like this and said all he does is high volume with no more than 2 plate squats. And shit loads of lunges. I just reached 2 plate and I think I'll try out his method for a while
Carson Sanders
You lift the most if you fear for your life.
Christian Ortiz
That's the dirty secret of the fitness industry, both back then and now, although the format is a little different these days. But following some instagram body builder's routine is likely going to run a natty into the same problem - the routine is built by a gearhead and probably isn't that effective without the gear.
Carter Campbell
It's so funny.
I can just see some poor white pasty fuck in some strip mall gym looking that over and being like "oh ok ronnie does 17 forearm curls on tuesday so that's what I am going to do, all these other people are doing 13 but I know the secret"
Jordan Reed
Isn't he a cop?
Christian Flores
source?
Dylan Robinson
Fuck. I squat 160 kg at 90 kg bodyweight and my legs are a fucking joke compared to yours. I'm mirin user, could you give me your leg workout pls?
Lincoln Thomas
>be me >be turbomanlet, 135lb >rep lmao2pl8 >chickenlegs I don't think you know what you're talking about, user
Jayden Baker
He can't because that's not him
Nathaniel Myers
Is Ronnie Coleman the strongest black man on record?
Joshua Gomez
Ray Williams is.
Chase Stewart
Ronnie was natural though.
Oliver Gonzalez
Now you're getting it.
Next you'll realize most modern fiction is written by people who are workaholics who don't take time in their life to enjoy anything but want to tell you what you should value.
True. You can do the same workout routine. Hell you can kill yourself harder than he does in the gym. Without gear, body cannot keep up enough protein synthesis or recover from the last workout quick enough before you start the next one. Basically all you would be doing is becoming a cut as fuck bastard. You would have to be a single NEET to have the time to do this shit.
Nolan Cooper
Ronnie lived his life and achieved greatness for what he intended to. Can you all say the same? Perhaps hes satisfied for living his life like he wanted even if it took its toll later on.
