its not worth it but yoga is actually great at burning belly fat
Standing cable crunches are okay, hanging leg raises work too. Don't go overboard though, you could probably do fine with just 4x15 once a week.

I've been seeing some progress with the meme wheel. Although everyone says abs are this natural thing you get, I found I had no ab definition until I actually started focusing on them and committing to working out core. Just like any other muscle basically, hit it until I see results.
Cutting to sub-15% BF and doing weighted decline situps 3x20 at roman chair leg raises or whatever they're called 3x20 least 3 times a week.
Imagin all the people here who don't let themselfes gettin punched for abs.

I've never done crunches and yet I have visible abs. I think as long as you do a variety of ab isolations you're good. My favorites are hanging Leg raises and windshield wiperd
weighted hanging leg raises x2-3
russian twist (some obliques work)
ab roll or weighted crunches (upper abs work)
kinda basic stuff just go for weighted stuff as it makes the muscles grow
