Bros, I need to boost my T. I've been working on going for extended periods of nofap and I've been trying to eat better. I'm currently working on getting my sleep schedule in order and I've been steadily getting back into a routine of regular physical activity.
I've read that study with rats involving onions (1 gram per Kg I think) and I'm convinced. I'm just worried about the smell of onions coming out of my pores when I sweat. Have any of you experienced that?

don't eat it whole, blend it into a protein shake. also make sure to eat enough cholesterol for your body to be able to synthesize the test. another thing, wear boxers outside, nothing in bed, and keep your ball cool.

I've started doing that, but usually it's half the onion raw, half cooked in a soup. They vary so much in size, so one small red onion could be half of a large one. Either way, i'm still getting at least some raw onion daily lately. I'm making a sincere effort to do it.

As for the pomegranate juice concentrate, are you getting it in the US? What brand are you using? I try to stick to organic when possible. Thought about getting the actual fruit and just blending the fruit/seeds as part of a smoothie.

Raw tastes terrible unless they are part of a salad, in which case they are tolerable.
My preferred method is boiled for 4 or 5 minutes as part of a soup. The only problem is that you cook away some of what makes onions so good for both immunity and testosterone.
