What lifting app do you use?

Need something either for the phone or desktop. Was using pic related but these niggers wanna charge a monthly fee to save more than 3 routines

Bodyspace. Kinda sucks sometimes

I'm doing my own gayass 5 day routine to try and keep it interesting. Heard stronglifts app is good but won't suffice for me

FitNotes is cool.

Yeah I use excel for planning out my routine and then I just put the main sets in fitnotes (app) for tracking progress

Private Training Coach as it’s the only one to support GSLP I could find on iOS

I just use the note-taking app. No bells and whistles

Have none of your brainlets thought to use Google Sheets? It's basically Excel in your browser. Use your desktop to make and program the spreadsheet and then download the app for your phone to keep track during your lifts. All free. Dios mios the absolute state of fit

When I made this comment I was referring to GS. and is a screenshot off sheets. Please share more of your senior year knowledge with us user

First use of Google in this thread is my post.
The image isn't even a proper worksheet for keeping track, just a laundry list of exercises.
Keep coping with your lack of creativity.
