Did IF 6/18 and 8/16. 1200 - 1400 kcal, 100 - 120g protein (found it hard to consjme more without adding too many kcals)
Lost 4kg and 1cm of biceps circumference. Lifts decreased. BF % went from 19.5% to 20.4% (probably as a consequence of losing lean mass only).
Now I started another plan, same caloric range and managed to squeeze 140g protein, 4 meals a day (no more IF).
If that doesn't work either I said already in this board I will commit suicide by roiding 1g testosterone/week. Gonna die a swole MF at the very least.

That's your own fault. If you were a fatty fat fat fuck for a long time to begin with, most of your "lean" mass was inundated with pockets of fat. You're experiencing the first set of metabolic shifts. You need to get back to eating clean and healthy at a maintenance level intake, then fast again, rinse and repeat until you're down to your goal weight. Then you eat the same healthy shit as your maintenance, but with another serving of everything on top of that. You didn't burn muscle first and gain fat, unless you've been eating like absolute shit. Not how the body works.

While I was doing IF I had more or less the same things, sometimes a different fruit, sometimes more salad, rarely a fattier meat.....
Also 2 days a month I would eat shitty food and drink beer with my buddies. I avoided these binges as hard as I could, hence the 2 days a month thing.
I wasn't a fatass. I used to be skelly, then became skinnyfat, then started lifting and dieting, saw some progress at first (gained some muscle while keeping fat the same), then stopped improving. When I saw I was 19.5% BF I decided to cut, but no fat was burned, only muscle.
I'm already below my goal weight. My guess is that I have some deep metabolic issue with my muscles (which also explains why I couldn't leave dyel hell), and they burn so fast my adipose reserves simply don't feel the need to burn fat for energy. I'm pretty sure I would burn fat just fine after I had no more muscles to burn.
Drop the fucking egg white meme, eat whole eggs. You don't digest the whites properly without the yolks. Add in some kind of simple carb like oats or rice and stop eating raw popcorn like an autist. Eat a LARGE banana, stop fearing sugar. Natural sugars are not the same as processed or added sugars, stop that shit.
Add some shit to your diet, because based on this information you are severely lacking in your micros, and if you're just taking a multivitamin to make up for it, you're never really going to make it.

Do you not understand what maintenance is? You don't have to eat less food to cut, you just have to increase your routine. If you're trying to lose body fat(and I promise you that you do not have a rare metabolic disease), you need to work out more and add cardio, while eating maintenance so that you don't lose muscle mass. If you fast, yes, you are going to lose both kinds of mass. I don't really support fasting at all for that reason.

Okay so you need to stop trying to cut until your diet is balanced and your body is stable, that's what I'm getting at. Don't fast, don't OMAD, just eat all the things I listed at a healthy maintenance level, add a little more to your workout and add some cardio every other day. Counting calories for the first week or so to say, "oh this is the amount of food I eat to meet my maintenance requirement" is great, but counting after that or counting to cut and/or bulk is excessive. Don't stress that shit unless you plan on competing or playing sports at a college level. Your meal plan was autistic as fuck dawg, and stress leads to a loss of muscle. Just calm down, eat good(healthy, well-rounded)food, lift a lot and run a little.
