I hope to be one day. I'm setting aside some cash here and there, really all I want is a squat rack, bench, and deadlift jack and maybe a couple dumbbells.

Have 4 dumbbells (2 30's 2 50's) a pull up bar and a set of gymnastic rings. I want a bench but the floor works fine for flyes, dumbell press, and pullovers (have fucked shoulders). What else do I need? Been considering getting one of those adjustable dumbbell sets where you just adjust the weight with a dial. Maybe some parallels for dips, planche and leg raises

Home gyms pay back the investment easily within one year. Gym memberships have gone up trendemously in few years like 50€($60 a month) is normal now. That is 600€ annual + car gasolin etc. also takes less time to train at home. 600€ you can easily get bench, barbells, weights and all kinds of dumbells

Ofcourse some people like to train at gym with other people and be social but then there are rush hours and such when it sucks anyways

home gym masterrace here I would say other than the standard bench/power rack/barbell set you should invest into dumbbells and some kind of cable machine that lets you do things like lat pull downs/face pulls bla bla. Other than that a punch bag and a treadmill
