How much bending, is too much bending, when doing deadlifts?
I'm doing LP, adding 5 kg/session and have reached 170 kg for 5. When I did this I had a friend with me to the gym and he said that my form weren't "clean". Not sure how to take it since he's a form freak and at the same session he reached a PR of 120 kg for 1 after having lifted for 4 years on/off.
So when deadlifting, should my back be completely straight or is a slight bend okay?
