Why do you put the reps before the sets you dumb nigger?

Because I'm from the bumfuck North and people say, "did 40 for 3 sets" instead of the usual. First time hearing it the other way around was after entering real civilization. I was real confused at first seeing posts on this shit hole.

well then either 6day PPL or 4day Upper&lower which is pretty much the same while you do your chest and back in super sets on upper day
you can super set abs with legs to spare some time

The reps are too high, I wanted high volume for sets. I’m also going to look into optimal rep range for each muscle based on muscle fiber type and best exercises as dictated by EMG activation. I probably won’t train legs either because it’s already hard enough to find jeans.

Push: bench press 5x5
Either DB incline press 3x8 or 5x5 BB incline press
OHP 5x5 or 3x5, change it up
Seated DB shoulder press 3x5
Seated OHP press with smith machine 5x5
French press 2x8
Skull crushers, 2 different types each 2x8
Long bar cable pushdowns 3x8

Pull:DL 4x5
BB row 5x8
T-bar row 5x8
Seated cable row 4x8
Pullups 3x5
Latpull down 3x8
Barbell curl 4x8
