It's not really that new, but i am a big fan of CB and this album as well. trilogy was significantly better(literally a 10/10 ep II being the best of the 3 EP's), but i still enjoyed leather Teeth. the only song i skip when i have the leather teeth cd on is inferno galore and occasionally Sunday lunch. However i am a huge fan and own like 6 of his shirt and am going to see him live in 2 weeks.my ratings are a little bit high.

Thanks user - I am tired of the body fat though. At 6’2” and 94kg I’m overweight - so I’ve upped my cardio. Is it worth cutting down before lean bulking or should I just go for it now?

It depends mostly on what you are comfortable with. If you are tired of the body fat, then I would suggest you cut down first though. Firstly, because medically speaking, any belly fat usually walks hand in hand with visceral fat, which is extremely unhealthy and you want to avoid it. Thus, it is probably more healthy to first cut down on bf% so that your visceral fat reserves disappear (or get smaller anyway), and then slowly bulk up.
Second reason being that you will feel fucking awesome once your muscle definition starts to show, especially if you've been a fatty before.

What should I train? Been trying to bulk, but I can't get weight

Idk m8 I might not be the biggest expert on the matter, I did pretty much the same routine as I did while bulking. Most effort in cutting is in nutrition anyway.

Just make sure you eat enough protein and are at a kcal deficit. Try to keep the deficit relatively low, don't go above 1000 kcals (compared to your maintenance). Try to keep it at a 500 kcal deficit, roughly. Don't expect your lifts to go up while on a cut, though it's not impossible. Just lift as hard as you can when cutting. It's a good option if you are comfortable with your strength levels. (If you aren't, then you will end up feeling very weak and skinny and that's not good either.)

Similarly, but the other way around: make sure you eat enough protein and are at a kcal surplus. Can't believe I have to tell you this tho. Read the sticky m8

And now. I'm 187cm, 75kg. The weight hasn't changed.
I eat chicken once a week, tuna once a week and beans, chickpeas or eggs on other days. Mornings is always oats with nuts or honey and plain yoghurt.
I eat nutella once a week but stay away from other sweets. I drink a beer now and then.
I work out 6 days a week, your regular stuff, but once a week I run more and lift less.
I have disproportionately developed right side and a really slight scoliosis because a) i sit a lot in front of computer b) i used to train fencing for 7 years as a kid. How do I fix this?
