I unironically recommend Ice Cream Fitness by Jason Blaha. Do it for 12 weeks and you'll not only get stronger but you'll have some accessories to speak of too.
I actually kind of like, and have been doing, T-Nation's 4 day split routine. I modified it a little by changing the first leg day exercise to 5x5 squat. And in a cut, I just cut down the number of sets by 1 or 2. This way, i'm guaranteed to hit other body parts.

2. Flat Barbell Bench Press 3-4 sets 5-7 reps (Chest, Front Delts, Triceps)
3. Dumbbell Side Laterals 4 sets 8-12 reps (Medial Delts)
4. Band Face-Pulls ( set for every set of Bench) 8-12 reps (Rear Delts, Traps)
5. Skull-Crushes for Triceps 2 sets 8-12 reps (Triceps)
6. Barbell Curls for Biceps 2 sets 8-12 reps (Biceps)
7. Standing Calf Raises 3-4 sets 10-15 reps (Calves)
I do this everyday now. Hits all the muscles I want. No big quads, so my dick and calves look bigger due to proportions.
Having large quads and hamstrings and glutes just makes your DICK and CALVES look tiny, not to mention they also dwarf your upper body gains, making your upper body not seem impressive.

Do SS until you stall, which by the whiney sound of your low test, post will be sometime soon. Then jump on a program with more upper volume at lower intensities. The reason why SS eventually stops working for upper is that you do not accumulate enough sub-maximal upper volume in the week. However if you can still make upper strength gains week to week it’s clearly working.
