He lost anywhere from 40-60 pounds of fat from the left to the right photo. Even if it’s at the low end, that’s still around 5 pounds of fat per week. It’s not reasonable to have done that naturally in 2 months.

22 lbs in 2 months would be a very, very hard cut.

assuming he lost 22 lbs of only fat in 8 weeks, that would be a really harsh cut and even with PEDs he would still lose some muscle.

this guy GAINED muscle while losing fat. I would bet that this is roughly a 6 month transformation. If he ran modest testosterone (say 300 mg per week) it would be possible, but even then with very good diet and training.
