Glutamine supplements only make sense if you do extreme multi-hour events (like a marathon) or are recovering from an injury.

Anyone have any supplement specific advice for bjj? It's hard on the joints, my hips are closed to being fucked and I'm going to have to take time off to recover.

Glycine and vitamin C.

what exactly does creatine do?

Iodine
Fish oil
Vitamin d

name?

Increases extramuscular creatine phosphate, use to make ATP-PC, the energy muscles use for fast, powerful movements. More ATP you have you the harder and stronger you can move in the short term

I see, thank you

Increases NDMA transmissioning in the brain, fucks up sleep.
Accelerates the regeneration of ATP stores, providing muscles with a bit more acute energy.

My man. How much ashwagandha do you take and how long have you taken it ? I hear it's best to cycle but between it and magnesium before bed, the sleep gains are great.

Started a few weeks and it improves sleep. Take it before bed with magnesium. Not sure about cycling it, I have to read about it. But I would strongly suggest to buy capsules because the taste of the powder is disgusting. Even with juice it is horrible.

L citrulline
Zinc
Magnesium
Collagen
Beet root powder
DIM

Considering Creatine but paranoid about hair loss.

Do you guys feels lethargic when taking ash?

Thanks

and here's my stack if anyone's curious

vitamin D3
Zinc
Magnesium
Fish Oil
Creatine
BCAA's
Citruline

For brain gains
Lions mane
bacopa
concerta 18mg ER (fucking hate this shit, but I need to keep a job so I can pay bills and train. It's nice for cutting for competition though, but is a total gains killer, and I was already super cut before I got diagnosed)

ADHD drugs like methylphenidate only help short term. They actually make the problem worse long term, because the brain gets desensitized to dopamine and norepinephrine.
Give this a watch youtu.be/Ep1ODxCoYlI

>He fell for the ADHD meme

depends on your situation.
often the problem lies with the environment, not the person.

Yeah, I've been taking 1.2g in capsules before bed with 300mg magnesium. I ran out of a bottle of ash and was thinking of going a few weeks without it because of diminishing returns or something like that that I've read. Sleep's still been good with just magnesium but anxiety seems a little worse throughout the day.

Yes, which is why I take it at night.

god i wish that were me

MEDITATE MANE, SHITTONS

Is creatine cheating or is it on the same level as whey?

This plus B12 and Magnesium

somebody post the comic

Quick mk4 vs mk7 rundown?

MK7 has a long half-life, and 200 mcg once daily is enough for optimal bone health.
MK4 is found in animal products, has functions besides bone health like cognitive benefits, and is typically used in the mg dose range.
To use MK4 for reverse osteoporosis, you need to take 15 mg three times daily.

Most important one is honestly vitamin D3 if you dont get as much sunlight in the winter. Do you lose energy or get depressed in the winter? Take this pill.

Worked in a corridor with no windows. during winter i arrive before sun up, leave after sundown. lost all motivation for everything. started taking d3, after a couple weeks i was back to normal.
