My man. How much ashwagandha do you take and how long have you taken it ? I hear it's best to cycle but between it and magnesium before bed, the sleep gains are great.
Started a few weeks and it improves sleep. Take it before bed with magnesium. Not sure about cycling it, I have to read about it. But I would strongly suggest to buy capsules because the taste of the powder is disgusting. Even with juice it is horrible.

ADHD drugs like methylphenidate only help short term. They actually make the problem worse long term, because the brain gets desensitized to dopamine and norepinephrine.

depends on your situation.
often the problem lies with the environment, not the person.
Yeah, I've been taking 1.2g in capsules before bed with 300mg magnesium. I ran out of a bottle of ash and was thinking of going a few weeks without it because of diminishing returns or something like that that I've read. Sleep's still been good with just magnesium but anxiety seems a little worse throughout the day.
Yes, which is why I take it at night.
god i wish that were me
MEDITATE MANE, SHITTONS
Is creatine cheating or is it on the same level as whey?

somebody post the comic
Quick mk4 vs mk7 rundown?
MK7 has a long half-life, and 200 mcg once daily is enough for optimal bone health.
MK4 is found in animal products, has functions besides bone health like cognitive benefits, and is typically used in the mg dose range.
To use MK4 for reverse osteoporosis, you need to take 15 mg three times daily.
Most important one is honestly vitamin D3 if you dont get as much sunlight in the winter. Do you lose energy or get depressed in the winter? Take this pill.
Worked in a corridor with no windows. during winter i arrive before sun up, leave after sundown. lost all motivation for everything. started taking d3, after a couple weeks i was back to normal.
