Just pickup bouldering. Sick forearm abs and calf gains, which are the worst muscles to workout anyways. Plus cute girls you can talk to about routes.

50 Russian twists x4 with a 45 lbs pl8
And leg raises til fail
Is it possible to mash an effective 15 minute ab routine on to the end of every other workout? That would be ideal for me.

i never directly train core outside of like three 30 second planks in my warmup

What should my ab wheel workout be?
i have a kephotic spine so sit ups arent really an option for me and planks are fuckin gay which is why TRAINING CORE SUCKS!!!!
