Processed food is bad in general. Sugar is a processed product where just the sugar remains and the rest of the minerals, enzymes and vitamins in the plant have been stripped away. Our bodies haven’t evolved to take on something in that processed form so many metabolic pathways require other compounds that would be present in the whole food

What micronutrients do you need from plants? I'm curious because people keep reciting micronutrients but almost never specify, not to mention when they do those nutrients would be more bioavailable from animal food.

He had problems with his health (feeling exhausted all the time, skin problems, etc.) and after modern medicine provided no support, and after he's done a little bit of research, he decided to go full carnivore.
He's 40 now, but doesn't look a day older than 30. No problems with health, in the best shape of his life, good mood all around.
I have a feeling that many people have undiagnosed food intolerances and that this carnivore diet is helping expose this problem.

Everytime I eat carbs I get bloated as hell and feel like shit afterwards for SEVERAL DAYS. And by that I mean any kind of carbs, including vegetables (fucking joke). I've been doing OMAD for 2 years now and I'm lean, so it is definitely not insulin insensitivity. Only thing that works for me is meat only and one apple every other day.
I'm very conscious of the effects of specific foods in my body since I do IF consistently for such a long time. Carbs are poison and should only be ingested with extreme moderation (fruit a few couple times a week for bowel movements sake). I'm sure that in time this will be prove. The fact is that modern medicine actually knows fuck all about dieting. Since everyone eats poison everyday, including meme doctors, the standard level of mental clarity and awareness of one physical well-being is absolutely tanked.
Carnivore diet cured my gastritis, I lost over 60lbs since going on the diet, my senses have been heightened and I achieved a 1/2/3/4 in less than 7 months since I've started lifting, like it says in the bible blood is the source of life and if you consume it from other animals you'll attain their life force. If you're still not 100% on eating raw meat or live in a part of the country that has bad health standards the next best thing would be to boil it and to consume the meat with the broth you will get more nutrients and less cancer causing carcinogens that you get from burned sautee'd meat.

Nothing about the process of getting Sucrose out of the plants changes the molecule Sucrose or makes them "toxic" in any way. It's Sucrose before and after refinement. This process has been around in some regions many thousands of years ago. Nothing about Fructose, Sucrose and especially Glucose is toxic, in fact your body needs glucose in order to function. Now I have already mentioned that some races have trouble with Fructose because they never adapted to it and that is one of the main problems with table sugar (Sucrose). First of all all sugars are basically empty calories which means you don't get any micronutrients with it but that doesn't mean it's harmful in any way, especially of were talking about glucose and as I've already said you actually need it and you need it even more if you're an athlete who needs to perform. But empty calories, like everything else, become a problem if you're an undisciplined fuck like the both of you probably are.
