Useful if you have trouble with recovery/just literally not eating enough in your diet. Ultimately unnecessary, but if you're like me and find the diet part of lifting the hardest, and you get it on the cheap it could be pretty helpful. MyProtien has pretty sick deals, but their mass gainer mixes like ass from my experience.

They used to have one of the best protein cookies, like 37g of protein and were the best tasting protein cookies ever. They don't sell it anymore for some reason.

Salted caramel is good shit. I recently got the chocolate smooth flavor and it's not as good as salted caramel.

Not OP but I cook my own food, decent stews, chicken dishes, steak now and again and yet the protein shake is still a decent way of throwing back a nice amount when I've done my weights.

Plus it can be a nice way to supplement my protein levels. I particularly like having my oats midday with one scoop added, keeps me going for ages.

They used to be good with like snacks and protein shits that weren't too terrible. The flavours were okay too except chocolate silk.

Then all the good team members left and formed the protein works. They then took the whey supplier so my protein started using this new one which gives several varieties a bit of a sandy texture. Not undrinkable but not nice either.

Last I checked protein works decided to focus on innovation so if you want faux healthy protein treats and shit then go to them.

Only good for unflavored whey otherwise they got maltrodextrin and dextrose in it so the labdoor rating aint mean shit.

from my experience literally everything banana-flavored tastes like plastic. the only thing that should taste like bananas should be the fruit itself, it just doesn't work as an artificial flavour.
