I plan on keeping a tin (or two) in my gym bag so I can eat right after a workout.
is this a good idea?
>17g protein

make sure you eat it in the locker room
I'm not autistic user. I'll eat it in my car
I swear don’t open that shit within a mile radius of me and brush the fuck out of your teeth right after. This horrible stuff smells like the pink store at my mall.
you sound like a little bitch
Real men eat this.
Pole and line caught, and tastes 100 times better
>not lubricationg your body.
Come on guys it’s nearly 2019.
Also make sure you use a napkin because last time I ate on the bench I got oil everywhere and it’s still greasy.
Goddaughter!
I even went and looked up an image to attach.
If youre not planning on eating a can of tuna between deadlift sets, dont even talk to me
Metabolic window doesnt exist kiddo
DON'T EVEN ATTEMPT
also like x3 the price.
tuna is tuna. it's thr same shit in a different tin.
No it isnt.
Sirena is chunks and is higher in protein, john west is mush and has higher fats.
Literally read the back of the tin and taste them side by side.
That being said; if john west is on special for 99c a tin i usually grab a few herb and garlic ones. Only good flavor John west has.
mercury poisoning...
how many cans can I eat a week?
buy it in a bag instead to avoid BPA as well m8
>flavoured tuna in-can
Fucking americans. Absolutely disgusting.
mercury has to do with the fishtype not packaging brainlet
So you're calling him a brainlet but also claiming that BPA is mercury?
Are you retarded aswell? he quoted a guy asking how many cans he can eat a week without experiencing negative effects of the mercury in tuna with.
>to avoid BPA AS WELL
>AS WELL
i meant as well as in to not only worry about mercury stupid
It's just side advice u fuckwad. Literally no one expects the packaging to be where the mercury is.
y'all pajeets can suck my dick. Bunch 'a fuckin' cretins
That is not a correct use of the term as well.
Avoid BPA: go to a fishmarket and buy raw tuna from the from the fish retailers. This way you can mostly avoid plastic shit altogether. Obviously you can't eat this tuna raw due to parasite concerns so make sure to bake/cook it.
Either way, 3-4 cans a week will probably be fine. If you're that worried about mercury in tuna might aswell worry some more about the heaps of hormones and shit they inject in your chicken 'n beef.
This
But also OP, where's the carbs to help with that protein metabolism?
Why do your cans look like that? Do they have pull tabs on the bottom or something? Im assuming you're european or canadian or canadian.
user is australian, on the bottom of the can is a ring pull tab
>tfw sirena extreme chili is no mo
