you burn around 50kcal for km walked. That's a 700 kcal deficit per day. A pound of fat has around 3500 kcal. So, if you eat your meal you're probably 500 below your TDEE, leading to a 2400 kcal deficit. Not even a kilogram.

Walking is a really basic ass movement your body has to be efficient at it, hardly burns any calories or you would starve to death just walking places.

Also being fasted and not eating carbs does not mean you will burn enough fat in 2 days of walking to notice on a scale.

My obese friend stopped playing counterstrike and started walking 6-8km daily like a year and a half ago and has lost 40kg with no other life style changes. Maybe he drinks and eats less but doesn't want to say it, who knows.

You have to continue doing it over an extended period of time, and you should only weight yourself every couple of days. Walking burns excellent calories considering that it requires very little effort. There are calculators that will tell you how much you burn based on the distance walked per hour, given your weight. The king of calorie burning is HIIT but if you're a fatty you might not be able to do it. Maybe on a stationary bike.
