i'm on day 1 of not being a fucking retard again, this time i'm the heaviest i have ever been. How does one make self control and dedication gains? Or is it just something i have to man up and do without any methods or tricks.

Just breached the 100kg mark, officially in the double KGs now (99.7kg). This time last year I had just beaten cancer but was 121kg, and weak as shit. You can do it lads, we're all going to make it.

Had my first night at gym in the three weeks since I've started where I just wasnt feeling it.

Lift Mon/Wed/Fri, Cardio Tues/Thurs, so it was a cardio night for me. I only spent like half an hour at gym instead of my usual hour+.

I put it down to just having a hard day at work before gym and I was just tired, but cardio nights always feel boring compared to weight nights.

Haven't eaten bad/junk food or anything, just wasn't feeling it tonight like the last couple weeks, hopefully it'll improve tommorow.

I want to poop before weighing myself but I can't go. I want to weigh myself before taking a preworkout and starting my workout. Any tips on pooping when you can't?

not him but here in Canada yes they do, i worked their and trust me you don't want to get a poutine. Its literally just the fries (which are greasy as hell) with 3 globs of stale gravy we only change when its empty (this gravy literally comes from a bag), then we take a frozen bag of cheese curds which we left lying on a greasy countertop for about one day and we sprinkle it over the fries. It is quite possibly the grossest possible poutine, if you need to go to mcdonalds i recommend the smoothies as those at least come from a frozen mix which seems to not be too bad. Also if you get a blizzard or ice cream the calories are literally just best guesses as each employee makes them differently with various amounts of ice cream and topping ratios.

I do, but not across. It's like on both sides. Long, big ones. I got these when I was a teenager. Completely destroyed me. I cried myself to sleep so many nights. I would play with them all the time, nervously. I ever cut into one. Back then, no internet to research (90's). I was so insecure and wanted to kill myself because of them. I did get a medical book one day. Read in it that they never disappear, just get dimmer. Next page is this nasty picture of a guy with tons of them. He looked like a serial killer had gone crazy on him. Mine aren't that plentiful, but big long ones. They disgust me so much. It's like a cut in you that if you stretch it it turns pink again. Like its' always fresh. I kept telling myself as a kid that I'd lose weight one day. I'd get rid of it. I'd get some kind of skin surgery, whatever. I'd get a thick tan that would hide them. Yeah.

+16 years later still fat and they are white. I'm really white so they kind of blend in that you wouldn't notice at a glance. I notice. All the time. I can't walk in front of a mirror naked at all.

Depends but the weights take anywhere between 50-80 mins. The run about 26 minutes for me, could be around 30+ mins if your cardio isn't strong. I can give you a whole body exercise if you are short on time. Then add in the 5 mile run at the end.

Having an obese girlfriend, our dates are slowly turning into just laying on the bed and eating. It's my responsibility to avoid this but I keep being weak as fuck and gaining more weight with her.

Not same poster but do you do anything to warm up?
My current routine is 60 minutes of cardio followed by 2 compounds and 2 isolates. 4x8 for compounds, 4x12 for isolates. I have to do at least 15 minutes of cardio and some light stretching before I can really go at it.

I don't really do stretching in the conventional sense. If it's a compound lift I do warm up by dropping the weight and getting the movement right before starting my sets.

But I'm okay with that portion, why add more
