Knee Thread

Alright Jow Forums, I've got some pretty major swelling in my knee and I'm not all that sure what caused it. There's no pain whatsoever when I walk or move it, but it's so swollen I can't bend it without feeling tremendous pressure. No prior injury or pain during/after squatting, was on a deload week and took two days rest and all of the sudden my knee ballooned up overnight on the sunday. I have a doctor's appt. tomorrow morning but i was wondering if any of you have had a similar problem? and if so what kind of physio exercises for the knee you recommend or have had success with?
Pic related, its my fuggin knees

You've torn some ligaments nigga.

I just can't for the life of me figure out what would have caused it

No pain is good at least. Probably deload then rehab with leg curls and band leg curls for reps of 100s to do connective tissue work. See a sports doc, regular docs are faggots who know nothing about fitness or sports related problems.

reps of 100s? like extra light weight or is that an exaggeration

Respectable. I’ve heard lifters lift themselves to injuries, which is why I asked. Good fucking luck

I feel like im pretty careful. I didn't have any pain during my last heavy session so i have no idea what's going on

That’s the scary part. That’s what I mean. No matter how careful you are you’re bound to injure if your lifts are heavy

wew

Fuck this, now I don’t want to squat anymore

Im hoping its an infection or something unrelated because i had literally ZERO problems/pain until the weekend--several days after a light deload

I’m scared and you should be too. Fuck legit thinking about stopping my lifting progress and just stay put

When I had Knee pains really bad that I couldn't walk I started talking TB500. I would inject it directly into the area and by the second week I was able to run again and still do.

what the fuck, user

I have a question. It's not my knee, but my ankle. Few years back I broke it. I fell on it pretty hard and twisted it. Broke bones.

After the cast was taken off, everything seemed fine at first but even years later the leg still hurts to talk on. Every step is painful. I can't rotate the ankle without pain.

I haven't gone to doctors since one of them told me during the casting process that the ankle was gonna either fix itself or be painful basically for the rest of my life.

Is there no hope? Can I get some kind of surgery done? Can I stretch it and slowly the pain gets less and less? Is there anything I can do?

It may need to be rebroken and set properly. i would suggest getting another xray to make sure it healed correctly. if it did, then stretching and rehab is your best bet

Tell me he didn't fucking drink that

I can walk on it fine. It doesn't feel like it's the bone. It's the muscles I think. They hurt. I can stretch it at times, but after a cardio workout it's painful to stretch. When I get my job (in like 5 months maybe if I'm lucky) I'll hit the hospital again. I'm NEET, so reaching out for outside help is hard. Especially since I've been NEET for like 8 years with only minor money making jobs online like shitty freelancing.

It's a fetish thing. Of course he did.

I got the same skinny, hairy legs
my feet are way more aesthetic tho
