In college I got drunk and slipped on my bathroom floor and bust open my eyebrow on the edge of the counter. Had to get it stitched up at an emergency clinic. It gave me an aesthetic eye scar and women complimented it all the time. Sadly it healed up after a few years and isnt very noticeable anymore.

Small, clean cut, vertical facial scars? Yes, to some degree. Huge, grizzly, jagged, diagonal or horizontal facial scars? No. The scars also have to be on your eyebrows or mouth.
Also, you have to at least 7/10 attractive in the first place and at least 6'1 for it to give off any kind of "tall tough guy vibe".
Lastly, you have to have a story to go along with the scar. Saying "I cut myself on a mirror" is going to sound dumb as hell. Nothing short of a substantial accident or a fight will be good enough. So no, YOU are not going to look cool.
