What supplements do you take and swear by?
What supplements do you take and swear by?
YOU GOTTA EAT REAL FUCKING FOOD
ZMA if you have low T
megadose D3
creatine
Whey is the only one you need imo. Pre-workout is nice but completely unnecessary, same with creatine
Crack Cocaine
Whey Protein (Preferably Isolate)
Caffeine
Creatine
Beta Alanine
Citrulline Mallate
Don't waste money on overpriced Kool Aid with underdosed ingredients, the good ones usually cost 2 euro per serving.
Whey protein is food, not a supplement
>protein
>creatine
>pre workout
>phenibut
>steroids
literally anything else is garbage
This is pretty much my exact list, only thing i would add is taurine, and only because your body needs extra taurine if youre taking beta-alanine.
Also, don't waste money on isolate unless youre getting a deal on it. The price to protein ratio is almost never worth it.
>Whey
>Creatine
>Caffeine and homemade preworkout
>Vitamin D3
>Zinc
>Magnesium
>Fish oil
Holy fuck look at all you dumb goys
>Phenibut
No.
Yes.
My 677
>Magnesium daily
>k2 daily
>d3 for winter daily/ sun for summer
- take the 3 together with fats since they all work together and are fat soluble
>b12 once a week
everything else is gay. I use to be 0 supp but realized that these are probably the most important mins for micros and they are missing from our diets heavily. Especially k2. Mag use to be plentiful in foods but disappeared more compared to even 100 years ago. d3 obvious from sunlight and mood. 10k ius is more than enough. b12 for lymph system.
This is something I would genuinely recommend for anyone. All the others like caffeine, creatine, bcaas, are bullshit. Just eat your fruits and veggies and they give you more of permanent energy boost then that shit.
DAA
What's with all the creatine hate when studies resoundingly stand behind it's efficacy?
> Whey
> Zinc
> D-vitamine during winter
The whey is basically instead of bringing tuna or other protein-based food to the gym - therefore it is easier to have whey in the damn shaker.
The zinc is for maintaining a healthy testosterone level in my body. I also eat some pumpkinseeds and walnuts (lots of great fats and zinc in these as well).
The D-vitamine is for the lack of sun during winter time here in the North. I take a capsule every now and then (3-4 days a week). The rest you get in your food.
AND - eat real fucking food, it is the best source of EVERYTHING related to health and fitness.
Contrarian memeing
Testosterone and HGH
creatine
pre workout

>preworkout mix
i love the gnc lit series of preworkout drinks. fuggin gummy worm or pineapple upsidedown cake. ton of caffeine, vitamins, and an assload of niacin.
>creatine
>vitamin stack: zinc and some other shit for maximum cummies.
preworkout
protein
bcaa
>zinc in the morning
>creatine same time every day
>whey isolate to supplement meals
>caffeine cycle 3 weeks on, 1 week off
>fish oil daily
>5000 iu of vitamin D3 daily
>magnesium at night
>ashwaganda at night (gonna hop off after I finish the bottle)
>melatonin at night
Someone said Glucosamine Sulphate can help with your height if you're still in puberty, anyone able to confirm? I want my sons to maximise their height potential.
Didn't mean to quote, my bad.
Whey protein is always good to have around, an easy way to hit your protein needs especially if you're busy throughout your day.
Omega 3 fish oils are fucking based. Been taking 2100mg/day for 4 months now and i went from depressed faggot to greek god and had crazy mental gains, also helped with joint issues etc.
Maybe a preworkout to help pick yourself up on those shitty days and go to the gym, though you might end up relying on it so before you take one you should develop a strong sense of discipline
