Ate two small homemade burritos for lunch and rice with tomato sauce and two eggs for dinner
I had to eat those things so they wouldn’t go bad
Been snacking on almond butter on brown toast (5:1 or below carb:fibre ratio bread) with mashed banana on the top. Tastes absolutely delicious and it's very calorie dense and healthy.
Chicken noodle soup.

Oats every now and then for breakfast. Either that or just coffee.

Sadly Im a fat fuck and just tryna shed some pounds. Its hard because I work at a grocery store and thus am pretty active which always makes me feel hungry. So no winter bulk for me because my entire life has been a bulk

4 stalks of asparagus (make ribbons with a peeler, chop the rest)
1 lemon (grind half the zyst into the pan)
2 tea spoons of cremefreche
It's delicious and has 15gr of protein per portion. Cheap to make so I can eat it 4 times a week, but I'm trying to get another dish in too.
Also, I eat eggs and bacon for breakfast.

Used to be just like you user. Convince yourself to commit to changing, then work at it little by little. Got diagnosed with high bp and the doctor told me (1) eat fewer carbs, more protein (2) track every calorie on MyFitnessPal. You will get creative on ways to distribute your calories throughout the day, meal plan, meal prep (for the week), incorporate more protein and fiber, and literally not "feel hungry all the time". I literally can't fucking believe I haven't been doing this all along. That's how easy it feels right now. But hey, better late than never i guess. (Im 30 and have lost 25 lbs since i started 9 weeks ago.)

Currently sitting at 6'0", 156 lbs, battle skelly mode. I need to put on some bulk, sick of being a stick. Eating and preparing food is such a chore tho
Already ate and have no pic. Here's pretty much what I eat every day:
170g Peanut Butter
1 Chicken leg and thigh
400g Rice
350g Broccoli
40g of Butter
2 eggs
2 or 3 apples, maybe oranges instead
Normally I just mix it rice butter, eggs and broccoli together and eat it as one mush.
I mix it up with some 'denes from time to time and adjust peanut butter accordingly.
All in all 155g of protein with ~3300kcal
What do you guys think of that?
