when I was lifting i was doing this beginner routine named after some body builder but I can't for the life of me remember what his name was. I liked that routine a lot, though.
Any PPL bro split would work fine
and no, it wasn't mark rippetoe. it was some other guy who didn't write a book

>I need a beginners lifting routine that isn't starting strength or stronglifts which one is good brehs
Why? Just do SS or SL.
>no pull ups or chin ups
Into the trash it goes
You can do that, or switch programs. I have quite a few I will rotate between
Just do a basic bodybuilding split and occasionally put some more weight on the bar.
That's it.
People always want some dumb program, just go lift, do the form right, take it slow, and you'll see results.
Keep It Simple Stupid.
Sometimes people dont know what lifts to incorporate to build a balanced body. That's how normies end up just doing only benches and curls while forever skipping leg day.
I don't know OP, but I'm gonna try the push/pull/legs one

That would be famous boduybuilder Gary Greyskull and this lifting program he made for guys just like you, Arnold did this routine and so did the guy from the incredible hulk, you know, the old TV one?
Just hit the gym and exercise the whole body for 3 or 4 weeks increasing weight each week.
After that work on muscular groups for a while. After that, choose whatever routine you think fits your lifestyle.
And for fuck sake get a decent diet and sleep schedule otherwise it will be a non sense to workout.

Here's ivysaur-4-4-8, haven't tried it though. Anyone who has?
Get Buffed Ian King
Looks fine to me. Probably great if you want to get some hypertrophy and not just strength when you're a beginner.
I'm doing it right now. Very fun.
He meant a beginners routine that isn't stupidly dangerous and trash for 99% of the hopelessly unfit and ignornt people out there.
You know, the vast majority of people who'd look into the mirror one day realize that they are horribly out of shape and click on Jow Forumst.
GZCLP or Johnny Candito's Linear Progression.
Also Grayskull LP and Ben Pollacks "Unfuck your program".
>dangerous

Supersquats.
Do u do accessories on top of it? Seems to lack volume.
Someone posted this earlier, looks good
Snap city after a few weeks. Why do a meme routine? You realise anyone that hype this routine is a fast Reddit neck beard that gives up after 2 weeks right?
Fat*
I did this as a beginner (and am still doing it) and the gains have been coming non-stop. Highly recommend.

Calve raises 3x25
Day B
Pull-ups 4x6
Row (any kind) 4x6
Deadlift 3x5
Accesories Pull (straight arm lat pull-down 3x8-12, Bicep curl 3x8-12)
