Unnecessary but not bullshit. Loading will saturate creatine stores faster. But even 1g/day will do that eventually. Considering the modest gains I see little reason to really care
Just take a few grams a day loading is gay and raises dht alot higher increasing your chances of going bald
20g 5 day loading phase made my arms grow like half an inch. Obviously not even close to all muscle but it was great.
It's about the improved muscle activation, not the gains.

Supplements are a placebo. Its ok if its your first year but you are going to be using this shit till you die or when you eventually quit in 6 months? A lifestyle doest require supplements. You are not an elite athlete being paid to sell this shit, youre a simple sucker. Realize it before you quit the lifestyle.
