I recently tested myself benching 225 to failure for three sets. I hit 12, 13 and 11, in that order. If I were training for it I expect I could hit 15, maybe 16 for one set to failure, but I can’t say for certain.

Super wide grips like that make my shoulder want to explode. Although desu I could do super wide for decent weight when I was younger. Would do my normal sets and then at the end just rep out 3 wide and 3 narrow grip reps.

Just hit 107.5kg for a 5RM. Shooting for 120kg 5RM. Last week I did 200lbs (90kg) for 10 reps after that 5RM so I'd say maybe I could on a good day
