Want the best advice in regards to supplements. If its published in a magazine, shown on Facebook or Instagram or even an ad on youtube then dont buy it. Undeniably ECA. Most bang for your buck, that nice amphetamine laser focus and no appetite whatsoever. 1500 cals but still banging out 50 sets a day gets you lean quick.
Diet wise I'm not keen on cutting for a long time but I also don't let myself get above 15% because it's a pain in the ass cutting back down to 10%.
I generally follow Lyle McDonald's advice and utilise PSMF or Ultimate Diet 2.0 (meme name but fantastic protocol).
Psmf is 200g~ protein only and 1x6g fish oils.
UD 2.0 is a bit more lenient affording 50g or so carbs, 1200 cals a day with a big 24 carb load of 800-1200g carbs thursday/Friday for glycogen supercompensation.
When I can be bothered I like to stack yohimbine with clen though I don't recommend this with eca feels like death.

ECA up to 12%, then drop it for clen & yohimbine for 2 weeks. This generally gets me to 10% in about 3 weeks if I manipulate water.
