It took me around 9 months to hit 60 kg. I started on 20 kg. An increase of 30 kg is big imo.

I've Been lurking /giving advice for 3 years now and started last week. My bench is 30 kg and my deadlift/squat is 40-45 unironically.

I bench press max 1rm 130kg and i am literally the strongest person at my gym for bench unironically, kinda embarrassing. 2 pl8 is a big deal to most people, but realistically it takes less than a year to hit if you train properly. 90% of my gym cannot bench 2pl8 for reps, now imagine Jow Forums includes people who don't even workout. Probably 95% of Jow Forums cannot hit 2 pl8 bench and most likely never will. never take advice from Jow Forums

I could probably hit 225 for reps but my wrists and elbows are fucked. Also have bad arm genetics they are strong but scrawny for example I can hit 405 over hand for 5 reps
