both suicide options, except one really brings in the slow death

just helium yourself OP

Living life. Trust me, it works. going out and doing stuff is the best thing you can do.
It will be painful but the reward is huge.

t. depressed and anxious

exercising and eating better

These are great, but I'd like to add staying away from social media. Try to limit it to 30 minutes a day or less.

>psychedelics
>ketamine
>realizing you’re a speck in the infinite expanding universe and you’re wasting time being a big bitch

I was really popular in hs but I just don't want to socialize whatsoever. Id rather read and write. But this is making me anxious as fuk in social situations which I used to be really fukn top tier at. Now I come off as autistic. Maybe balance social time like gym time is my guess. Im so autistic Im about to plan this out w graphs and sht rn...

Cardio
Meditation
Having set habits you do every day
Having some semblance of routine
CBD oil

All of this helps me, but I'm still depressed. Could be a lot more depressed and out of shape. I have gratitude for that.

meditation and clean eating, no refined foods or processed foods with refined sugars or wheats

Try transcendental meditation, focusing on the pineal gland and repeating a meaningless mantra, do for 5 minutes a day, if you struggle with that, do it for 4 minutes, if you succeed, try 6 minutes next time. Babby steps, friend.

based as fuck

live your life one hour at a time, accept no compromises, to hell with anxiety.

You can literally WILL yourself out of that fucking mess you architected. You are NOT the faulty/missing faculties, group of chemicals and the rearranged electrical aggregations in your head.

I promise you it's gonna be ok, but you gotta keep pushing, user.

Keep lifting, improving yourself and at all costs don't make failing a habit.

I used to flirt with suicide some years ago when got diagnosed with depression, and thankfully I was able to keep going without accepting medication.

Magnesium

Meditation can worsen anxiety for some people. It is fairly common people starting to have panic attacks when they start meditating regularly

>You are NOT the faulty/missing faculties, group of chemicals and the rearranged electrical aggregations in your head.

Science disagrees on this point.

What I meant was the brain was and will be plastic. The brain compensates for faulty and missing faculties, the group of chemicals will always be a clusterfuck to a certain standard, and the electrical aggregations decays instantaneously as fast as it is replaced.

Whatever you are right now is empirically fleeting as whatever you will be.

Are you okay man?
