I just want to bulk bros what do I do? I want atleast 10% body fat before I bulk but it seems like I'm only losing weight but not body fat

starving yourself will make you feel like shit and lose muscle but eating a normal amount or more and doing a fuckton of cardio will spare it (as long as you also lift and get adequate protein of course)

I never looked at cardio that way but I'll try it im desperate at this point. I only have 1 rest day tho so 1day of cardio a week is all I can do. Thanks mang

Just run after lifting. 20 mins at 5.5 on a treadmill is an 11m mile and burns ~200 calories.

Btw I had tried running before but not sprinting, should I do HIIT cardio? Or would I look like an autist doing it? I run on an area with a lot of other joggers since that's the only good place to run here and not get chased by retard dogs

My gym only have a stationary bike so I don't even use it but I'm willing to try anything just so I can start my first ever bulk

Run outside without stopping at an easy pace for 20 mins. The best way I’ve heard this described is “You should be able to hold a conversation without being out of breath” if that makes sense.

Are stationary bike useless then? My best without stopping was 8mins straight and that was before I stopped running and that was on a slow pace

IF and OMAD

I tried IF before but it feels just like a grander CICO. I have no problem losing weight its just the body fat that Im not losing. Will these really help me?
