What MC Donald's menu item has the highest amount of protein with the lowest amount of calories?
What MC Donald's menu item has the highest amount of protein with the lowest amount of calories?
Buying double cheese burger and stacking them so you end up with one burger and only 2 buns
Mcdouble with nothing on it
Maccasfag here .
Just a rasher of bacon
The answer is the Grill Artisan Chicken Sandwich. It packs a bountiful 36g of protein into only 380 calories.
mc chiken, dump the bread.
I think it has guac on it too.
there is no guacamole on a mcchicken you retarded nigger
Considering the meat is breaded I highly doubt that this is the best option
maybe that user is mexican
wouldn't know I haven't been there in years.
I do remember they have one chicken burger that has guac in it.
Large coke
I think they have a grilled chicken sandwich too, forget what its called, even then the breading isnt thick
Whenever I go there I get the Maestro angus burder with side salad and diet soda. Sounds gay as fuck to amerifats but fuck them and their intestinal body horror lifestyle, this will actually leave you feeling like you ate something other than a box of cardboard.
Basically easy 50g protein for ~800 calories with the veggies making digestion easy.
a large box of chicken nuggets and water id assume
chicken selects with the breading removed
I eat McDonald's at least 2 times a week. 2 double quarter pounders and diet Coke. Fuck you weak fags.
Fpbp
Post body
Order any hamburger, but remove all ingredients except the meat patties.
Broke college fag here
What's the cheapest most calories most protein rich meal I can get for 5$
obviously chicken mcnuggets
No im gay
McGangbang
Does McDonald's pay people to come on here and post? I mean why McDonald's specificity there are alway Wendys and Taco Bell's around McDs . It just seems like free viral advertising is my opinion
Why are you idiots buying whole extra burgers and discarding bread etc? You know you can easily add or remove items and they factor it into the cost? Eg you can buy individual mcchicken patties with nothing else, or get a burger and ask for another beef patty with no sauce. They have it all priced out.
Have you actually tried that once? Most of the people that work there are idiots, it then takes ages for them to do your custom burger and they likely get it wrong in the end
For me, it’s the McChicken
Wrong. Look it up. All the breadening makes them pretty shit tier - it loses even harder vs a mc double because you can stack those and discard the bun. I doubt you will dis mantle the nuggets.
Just eat 40 nuggets.
He asked for the best ratio.
Chicken nuggets : 1000kcal and 60+grams of protein
Anybody who says otherwise is retarded or has moded menu, but that doesn't mean you should eat@mackas since all protein isn't the same
quadruple quarter pounder
Its time for a break dude just go outside
>haven't been there in years.
based and healthpilled
>not getting a chicken bake from Costco
>this will actually leave you feeling like you ate something other than a box of cardboard
Cardboard box (consumed) -20 calories
You can ask for a grilled chicken filet a la carte and a side salad. Should come out to $4-5, but the cashier might not know how to ring it up if they're a moron.
It's usually more expensive that way than just buying a whole 'nother sandwich.
The charge for a second chicken patty on a Junior Chicken is the same as the charge for a second Junior Chicken in Canada. I haven’t tried with anything else, or anywhere else, but I know that to be the case here.
Are you too stupid to read nutritional values or why are you this stubborn on your shitty nuggets?
Even without stacking mc doubles are better and if they weren’t it wouldn’t matter because stacking makes them so much better in a pure protein:calorie view
Why not just taking the tripple cheeseburger then? Or is that just a Croatian thing
Never heared of it, so probably
No, it's a permanent menu item here in America.
>on ide u megic
