im fed up with seeing so much BS about what diet causes what on here. you get threads saying veganism is best, makes you live longer and produce more test. others say you need to eat meat to get testosterone. some people seem to even think cooking bacon in butter is somehow good for you and its all a fucking conspiracy.
Can people just link their scientific papers on the subject and actually debate it.
Cos when i looked into the basedbeans thing there was like 1 paper that found decreased test but there was only like 10 volenteers so it was obviously just unreliable.

just eat a balanced diet, cut out refined sugars, avoid trans fats, eat fish at least once a week, cook with olive oil, butter or animal fat.
also whole grains are supposed to be better but they can fuck your gut real good so it's up to you whether you eat brown or white rice.

Yes basically, cancers and other first world terminal diseases are 90% bad luck. My father (68yo) has been smoking for 45+ years, is overweight and never does any excercise apart from getting in and out of his car and is declared healthy every check up. On the other hand is my aunt who ate all her veggies, atheltic/skinny and did a lot of sports and died at age 42 of throat cancer. It's good to think about your future and you'll have a better life if you're healthy but not necessarily longer.

Okay I'll give it to you straight. Veganism has the lowest relative ratio of any diet, meaning your mortality per year lived is least (good), but I also think it's for fags who don't lift. Plus I feel it's unnatural considering B12 is obtainable only from animal sources. Tenets of a good diet: lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grain, legumes, fish, dairy, lean meat and eggs sparingly. You'll notice veganism naturally has high vegetables, meat, grains, legumes which puts it on the right path.
