you can add whey and peanut butter into it and it tastes good. On gym days I just combine oats, milk, pb, whey, some honey + cinnamon. The carbs make a noticeable difference when you work out. Off days i just eat eggs, bacon or scrapple, and sausage for more protein. You feel more sluggish but because you aren't working out it's not a problem.
