Im 177cm and 22 years old. I had to switch to gslp for less squat volume because I got overuse injury on my lowerback. I am double jointed ( I guess pretty much on every joint) so its incredibly hard to keep rigid form despite deloading countless times, watching technique videos and relearning form.
