you people will never make it using anger and motivation to hit PRs or have good sessions. Practice going to the gym calm, have your headphones in but nothing in them, and just focus on your breathing under the bar. If you do this, your progression won't be all over the place, you can have good sessions in any mood and you probably won't die at 40 like your youtube heroes

Here's my strategy for maintaining a normal/high testosterone level in my body:

> Lift with my gym buds
> Music is played on a speaker (if your gym has one - otherwise skip music)
> NEVER look at your stupid fucking phone - keep focus on your workout, not some stupid thot texting nudes
> Do cardio twice a week - sprinting and longer distance. Running up a hill or sprinting shorter distances several times are some great starter-cardio exercises.
> Eat healthy food which includes good carbs, good protein (additionally proteinpowder) and good fats. What is good? It is fresh fruit/veggies, meat that isn't processed and most types of fats EXCEPT transfats (bad fucking fat)
> Work out EVERY.SINGLE.DAY
> Read books that inspire you to become a better man. Being intelligent and well mannered are also high test - do not be a slob or some low-life uneducated fucktard. Educate yourself in many areas to become the better version of yourself!
