okay boys. i have the single biggest problem this board has ever seen. >anorexia patient >have -7.6 bone density >currently hold australian record for lowest muscle mass without death >been doing bloat max to get fat for gym >all weight has gone too my claves belly and quads >not arms >my arms and forearms are still the smallest part of my body >litterally bone wrapped in skin nothing else >cant curl more than 10kg because wrist will break off
how do i get more fat on my arms so i can get big. everywhere else is getting fat except my arms.
Just eat a lot and lift. GOMAD etc. Not hard buddy

Eat at a surplus. Low impact training including cycling and swimming. See if your docs will prescribe steroids.
