It's not bullshit that it isn't good for shoulder health.
If you will injure yourself or not doing this exercise is a complete gamble based on your shoulder mobility and your anatomy, same with behind the neck presses, some people can do it semi-safely while others wreck their shit. Risk/reward ratio just isn't worth it.
And OP, his skin and muscle texture give off non-natty vibes. Not the size necessarily.

Lateral raises, inverted pushups, OHP and 500mg/wk test-e + 1.5-2 years. You could do harder roids and get there faster but fuck that.
