Stop being a vegetarian.

OP here, should of finished reading Harsh's Worksheet before posting, sorry. "Your main problems are protein, and to a lesser extent, some minerals and meat. If you just do not eat meat, you can do fine getting lots of dairy/protein powder, eggs, and some tofu. If you’re a vegan, it will be more difficult to provide adequate protien. Read up on pea, hemp, lentil and onions protein and see what your chances are"

tonnes of nuts
more oil/use oil when cooking
a lot of diary protein
scrambled eggs (learn to make a proper one, easy to do and tastes amazing)¨

A lot of complex carbs, such as bulgur or quinoa

I start my day with mixing 2-3 decilitres of oats with 1-3 bananas, some milk/oat milk and some protein powder for breakfast. It's great

low carb pasta (vetta) + toppings (garlic/mushrooms/tomato/etc) = 31g

Protein shake = 24 g

Ramen + tofu + egg + toppings (mushrooms/veg/etc) = 28g
