OP here, should of finished reading Harsh's Worksheet before posting, sorry. "Your main problems are protein, and to a lesser extent, some minerals and meat. If you just do not eat meat, you can do fine getting lots of dairy/protein powder, eggs, and some tofu. If you’re a vegan, it will be more difficult to provide adequate protien. Read up on pea, hemp, lentil and onions protein and see what your chances are"

I start my day with mixing 2-3 decilitres of oats with 1-3 bananas, some milk/oat milk and some protein powder for breakfast. It's great

also eat soyy protein, don't listen to fit. I eat aprox 50g of onions protein ever other day since months and my hormones are good and im quite strong (200kg diddly @72kg bw) so eat onions protein

My diet right now is
Oats + onions protein nuggets + milk (high protein) + some peanut butter + nuts + cocoa = 45g
low carb pasta (vetta) + toppings (garlic/mushrooms/tomato/etc) = 31g
Protein shake = 24 g
Ramen + tofu + egg + toppings (mushrooms/veg/etc) = 28g
130 grams a day.
