How close am I?

Yesterday I did a single on incline bench at 77.5 kg and I just read that incline should be 80% of flat. So, how close am to achieving a 100 kg bench if I haven't done it in forever and I would switch to doing flat exclusively from now on?

Where the fuck do you people live. I live in a smallish town in North Carolina and go to a major commercial chain gym and at least 60% of everyone I see bench benches 2 plate minimum. With the majority benching more.

I live a few seas across North Carolina. Nobody knows what the fuck resistance training is.

After about 6 years at the gym, I could count the number of people I've seen doing sets heavier than 2 plate with 2 hands.

my bench is only at 80lbs and i'm doing SS. my deadlift and ohp are good for where i'm at, but my bench is shit and i only get to do three bench sessions every 2 weeks and i think its going to continue to lag behind. wat do? i'm thinking maybe do a bench workout on the saturday of the week where i only do bench on wednesday?
