It's a mental battle, deadlifts are scary. I remember one day lifting 20kg above my pr because I didn't notice I used 20kg pl8s instead of 10kg. I did my sets and after I was done I noticed the plates and I was like wait a minute wtf. I tried pulling again and I shit you it didn't leave the floor lol. I hate deadlifts because my mind won't allow me to pull it off the floor.
Yeah same problem. Walking lunges feel pretty good for me. I can't do squats or leg press since it hurts my back.

I ohp 2x155lbs, granted it's caused me a decent amount of pain but that's because I fucked up my left shoulder doing decline press. It's 99% healed now but ohp still tweaks it from time to time
