Not all the time, I usually eat sashimi when I do fish. How do you eat steak raw though, I cook it rare / blue and sometimes it’s so fucking tough to bite. I end up spitting out bits I can’t chew

Do pancakes really have that much protein?

Slice it super thin, squeeze lemon or lime juice on it. Eat.

Literally replace flour with protein powder

What the hell is that yellow goop inside it??

Eating red steak is trying too hard to be manly.

Well done with ketchup tastes much better

this is unironically true

They mix in protein powder.

I'd rather eat normal pancakes and take a protein shake if needed though.

Your steak looks weird user

mein negger

Looks pretty nice, can you share the recipe?

This is ok

These are the fuckin plebians that we make fun of when they visit our country

Is that Nutella? Get off this board

Nutella is fucking nasty, if you are gonna eat junk food at least eat enjoyable.

Unless you’re on roids. You probably can’t synthesize more than 30 grams of protein in your muscles from a single sitting.

Why waste money?

your dum

>caring how people eat their food
where you from?

>Fake and gay

Fat has literally zero effect on satiety. It just doesn't trigger an insulin response so there's no crash.

Enjoy your colon cancer.
